Homestay Registration & Renewal Instructions

Before applying for the registration or renewal of your homestay with the Tourism & Civil Aviation Department, Sikkim, please read the following process and requirements carefully to ensure a smooth application experience.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Create Your Account
    Start by registering yourself on the system to create a user account. Register Yourself
  2. Login
    Use your credentials to log in and access the application form. Login LInk
  3. Fill the Application Form
    Click the link provided below to access the form. Make sure to read all instructions carefully before filling it.
  4. Pay the Fee
    Submit the applicable registration or renewal fee based on your homestay category.
  5. Application Verification
    Your submission will be reviewed and verified by the authorities.
  6. Download Certificate
    Once your application is approved, you can download your homestay registration or renewal certificate.

Fees

Registration Fee (Category-wise):

  • Homestay Gold/A: ₹ 5,000
  • Homestay Silver/B: ₹ 3,000
  • Homestay Bronze/C: ₹ 2,000

Renewal Fee (Category-wise):

  • Homestay Gold/A: ₹ 2,000
  • Homestay Silver/B: ₹ 1,500
  • Homestay Bronze/C: ₹ 1,000

Payment Options

You can pay the fee using either of the following methods:

  1. Online Payment: Click here to pay online
  2. Bank Receipt: Head-1452/TD

Note: Download your online payment receipt or make a PDF of your bank receipt to submit with the application form.

Documents Required

All documents must be uploaded in PDF format unless specified otherwise, with file size limits as mentioned below:

  1. SSC / CoI / RC – PDF, max 500 KB
  2. Proof of ownership of house/property/Parcha – PDF, max 500 KB
  3. Minimum Class-X passed certificate – PDF, max 500 KB
  4. Location Plan showing access to homestay from the major road (not required to scale) – PDF, max 500 KB
  5. Applicant’s Photo – JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 300 KB
  6. Homestay Photos (Five different angles) – JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 500 KB each
  7. Bank Receipt / Online Transaction Receipt – PDF, max 500 KB
